Please read the Terms and Conditions below before booking a tour with Chile Dream Tours:
(1) Our Contract: All bookings are made with Chile Dream Tours (CDT). Upon booking a tour with CDT you have agreed to these Terms and Conditions, which is the full agreement between you and CDT. In fact, you will be unable to submit the Online Reservation Form, if you do not check the box that you have read and accept these Terms and Conditions.
(2) Private Tours: All bookings are private tours. This means that you will have your own tour vehicle and guide. It is possible that there will be other people, however, joining you at the different sites (i.e., wine tastings and adventure activities), which is beyond our control. Please note that smoking and drinking alcoholic beverages in the tour van is strictly prohibited.
(3) Payments: Reservations are considered confirmed only upon receipt of payment. For our Private Day Tours and Pre- and Post-Cruise Private Tours, our Tour Coordinator will send you a payment link by e-mail 60 days prior to your tour date for full payment. For our Private Multi-Day Tours, Private Cruise Shore Excursions and Private Group Tours, our Tour Coordinator will send a payment link upon receipt of your Online Reservation Form for a minimum payment of 50% and the remaining 50% shall be paid 60 days prior to your tour date. Tiered-pricing discounts based on number of guests in your party only apply at time of booking. If you decide to add guests to your party after booking, these guests will form a new party and will be charged regular prices. We use PayPal as our secure payment method. All major credit cards are accepted. You do not need a PayPal account to make a payment. A 5% service fee will be applied to all purchases. Upon making payment, PayPal will send confirmation that the invoice has been paid. This is your Tour Booking Confirmation. If payment is not received within 48 hours of sending the payment link, your reservation will automatically be cancelled so that we can offer the date to the next guests on the waiting list.
(4) Cancellation Policy:
(a) Private Day Tours / Pre- and Post-Cruise Private Tours: A full refund of the tour price – less the Paypal payment fee – will be issued if cancelled 24 hours or more prior to the pick up time of your tour. In case of cancellation less than 24 hours before the scheduled pick up and/or in case of no-show, no refunds will be issued. Exception: (1) Cruise Shore Excursions in Punta Arenas and Puerto Montt.
